Washington DC Part 2

I’ve posted a new 18 min video episode at SecretsInPlainSight.com. In Washington DC Part 2, I begin with a quick visual education in sacred geometry, illustrating interconnections between the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, the ancient secret of the Flower of Life, Metatron’s cube, the five Platonic solids, the Pythagorean Tetractys, the Shemhamphorasch (72 names of God), the biblical story of Enoch, and how all of this relates to the 13th degree of Scotish Freemasonry known as the Royal Arch of Solomon.

Next up is a look at the US Capitol Building Rotunda and an analysis of the remarkable fresco under its dome entitled The Apotheosis of George Washington. You’ll see how Washington is depicted at the center of “the solemn temple at the heart of America” as a Sun God, through esoteric Christian, Jewish, Pagan, and even Egyptian symbolism. The goddesses known as Nature, Reason, Liberty, Freedom, Columbia, Ceres, and Virgo are all faces of the one goddess who I think the Architects of the Capitol are really venerating: the ancient Egyptian goddess Isis.

Examining the George Washington National Masonic Memorial in Alexandria, Virginia leads us back to Egypt again, because it’s a replica of the Lighthouse of Alexandria, Egypt. Many know the Lighthouse was a wonder of the ancient world, but fewer are aware it was also a famous Temple of Isis. In addition, you’ll be amazed to discover that Pennsylvania avenue is astronomically aligned with the heliacal rising of Sirius, star of Isis. The ancient Egyptians based their calendar on this phenomenon (when Sirius is briefly visible on the horizon a few minutes before Sunrise).

You’ll see how the streets radiating out of the Capitol Building (in connection with the precise location of RFK Stadium) reveal a Templar Cross encrypted within the urban design of Washington DC. There is even a sacred geometric design principle (Ad Quadratum) connecting the District of Columbia as a whole with the mysterious House of the Temple, built more than a century after DC was surveyed.

David Ovason’s research into DC’s secret architecture leads us to perceive how Isis and Osiris are mapped onto the Earth through astronomical symbolism relating the shape of the Federal triangle to the location of the Capitol Building. You’ll hear one of the oldest stories in the world about Set, Isis, Osiris, and Horus to better comprehend why the symbolism of Washington DC consistently leads back to ancient Egypt.

The episode concludes with a fascinating study of the Washington Monunent. I explore its many symbolic connections to the Sun, religious traditions around the world, sexuality, the cult of Isis, its unbelievable connection with the Great Pyramid, and its linkage to important numbers such as 6, 5, and Phi that you’ll see again and again in future episodes.

The Obsession with Isis

Much of what I’ve found in Washington DC, New York City, Stonehenge, the Great Pyramid, San Francisco, Egypt, Jerusalem, Rome, Chartres Cathedral, London and Paris centers on a secret obsession the elite has had with the ancient Egyptian religion — and more specifically the cult of Isis. Known in more recent times as Lakshmi, Cybele, Artemis, Paris (Pharos-Isis), Virgo, Nature, the goddess Reason, Freedom, Columbia, and countless others, she is perhaps best referred to as The Goddess of 10,000 names.

Wikipedia is a great place to start learning about Isis:

Graham Hancock and Robert Bauval’s book Talisman is another excellent resource on the strange and undeniable Isis obsession that has been going on in France for 1000 years.

The earliest goddess I’ve come across mapping to Isis is Inanna from the Sumerian culture. Archaeologists only discovered the Sumerian culture in what is now Iraq in 1890, so that’s why esoteric references from the American Founding Fathers and the French Revolution are to the Egyptian goddess Isis. If you want to go deeper, Zecharia Sitchin has written many fascinating books and is perhaps the best (if somewhat controversial) source to start learning about Inanna. Sitchin’s information, and indeed world-view, comes from countless ancient cuneiform clay tablets he has translated.

Secret Urban Architecture of Washington DC

Reading Dan Brown’s The Lost Symbol really got me interested in researching DC and exploring its deep connections to the Masons. I’ve embedded Google Earth in this post so you can check out DC’s secret urban architecture for yourself. Click the Play button to zoom into the House of the Temple. Hover the mouse over the hidden controls on the right to take your own path around the city.

The geometry has many levels of symbolism. The most obvious is the overarching “unfinished pyramid” design – just like on the Great Seal of the United States on the back of the $1 bill. The Eye of Providence presides at the top of the pyramid and this leads us to a specific building: “The House of the Temple.” The headquarters of Scottish Freemsonry fits within the pupil of the All Seeing Eye of God. The Eye of Providence is actually an 18th century layer covering something much older: The Eye of Horus (sometimes called Eye of Wadjet). Masons are crazy about Egyptian symbols, and looking at the House of the Temple from the street, you’ll see two colossal Sphinxes flanking its entrance. There are 13 steps in the unfinished pyramid on top of the House of the Temple, just like on the dollar bill.
